The early chapters contain a general treatment of this principle. These are followed by chapters relating to definition of \u003cem\u003eQiyas\u003c\/em\u003e, the original and the parallel case. The most difficult problem in \u003cem\u003eQiyas \u003c\/em\u003eis the illah. We have extensively dealt with it dividing it into seven chapters. The Chapters relating to condition (\u003cem\u003eshart\u003c\/em\u003e), cause (\u003cem\u003esabab\u003c\/em\u003e) and impediments (\u003cem\u003emawani\u003c\/em\u003e') have also been included, as they are indirectly connected with the 'illah. As \u003cem\u003eistihsan \u003c\/em\u003eis a latent analogy (\u003cem\u003eqiyas khafi\u003c\/em\u003e), we have dealt with this problem in a separate chapter.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eQiyas \u003c\/em\u003ehas remained all along a controversial subject.
