Together with his wife Kathleen, a specialist in Asian arts, he taught in the Union Biblical Seminary, Yavatmal and Pune for nineteen years. They went on to establish TRACI, a research centre in New Delhi, and to pastor a CNI church in Haryana state.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Dr. Nicholls was one of the founders of ATA and the founding director of the Theological Commission of WEA. He edited their journal, Evangelical Review of Theology, for 20 years, and has published extensively in journals and books.
