Tom also served as a trained church consultant with Natural Church Development (NCD), certified Church Health Survey consultant under Dr. Thom Rainer, and strategic planning consultant with Leadership Development Resources (LDR) under Dr. Mel Ming. Tom and Debby reside in Portland, Maine.
