She currently serves on the ministerial staff at Judah Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Mitchellville, Maryland and has ministered overseas in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Rev. Lowe finds fulfillment serving as a volunteer advocate for victims of sexual assault. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland, and a Masters of Theological Studies degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, District of Columbia.
