(Deseret Book, 1994). Now, Reborn That Way updates her journey, including her LDS temple marriage and her three children. Laurie received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. She has worked as a copywriter in advertising ever since. During that time, she has also done volunteer work counseling Latter-day Saints who experience same-sex attraction.
