They appear in a fixed order of importance. First Tesub's Linear A epithet \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ea-ta-i-jo-wa-ja\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e 'Our Father', absolutive\/vocative\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e attai=(j)=o\/uwwa=(j)=as\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, consisting of \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eattai\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e 'father' + transitional semi-vowel \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-j-\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e between 2 vowels + enclitic possessive pronoun 1\u003csup\u003est\u003c\/sup\u003e person sing. \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-o\/uwwa-\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (my) + transitional semi-vowel \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-j-\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e between 2 vowels + the pluralizer \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-as\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (our). Compare cuneiform Hurrian \u003csup\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ed\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/sup\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eTe-e-es-su-pa-as\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e ........ \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eeb-ri-iw-wa-su-us at-ta-iw-wa-su-us\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (3 \u003cem\u003eergatives\u003c\/em\u003e), 'Tesub .... Our Lord, Our Father' in the Tusratta letter (Mit. IV 118).  Then the epithet of \u003cem\u003eTesub\u003c\/em\u003e's wife \u003cem\u003eḪebat\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ea-di-ki-ti\/e(-te)\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, analysis \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003easdi\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e-\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003edagitti\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, 'The woman is a beauty \/ beautiful' \u0026gt; 'The (most) beautiful woman', appears (in haplography) in the libation formulas. The form is attested as \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ea-di-da-ki-ti\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (KN Zc 6.2) in \u003cem\u003escriptio plena\u003c\/em\u003e on the interior of a Middle-Minoan III cup at Knossos (\u003cem\u003easdi \u003c\/em\u003e= 'woman'). In Linear A and B \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-s-\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e preceding an occlusive is not expressed in consonant clusters. Then the epithet of the young god \u003cem\u003eSarrum(m)a \u003c\/em\u003eappears as \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ea-sa-sa-ra-me\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, analysis \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003earsa-sarr=a=me\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, 'The young man\/boy, he is like the King of Gods'. The Linear A variant \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eja-sa-sa-ra-ma\u003c\/em\u003e-\u003cem\u003ena\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (KN Za 10a-b) can be analysed as\u003cem\u003e \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ey(a)\/y(e)-arsa-sarr=a=mann=a\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, 'as well as \"The young boy (\u003cem\u003earsa\u003c\/em\u003e 'young man') is (\u003cem\u003emann=(i)a\u003c\/em\u003e) like the King of Gods\" ', \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e(\u003cem\u003esarr=a\u003c\/em\u003e is the \u003cem\u003eessive\u003c\/em\u003e of Hurrian \u003cem\u003esarr=i \u003c\/em\u003e'King of Gods'). The contents of the prayers in the 'libation formulas' appear to be about the same subject as the meaning of many personal names, in which the \u003cem\u003ebirth of healthy children\u003c\/em\u003e, sometimes after the death of an older child, is always in the minds of the parents.  Linear A \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eu-na-ka-na-si\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e, Hurrian \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003eun=a-ḫ(ḫ)an=a=ssi\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e 'come childhood, childbirth' is an essential term occurring in almost every formula. It may not be accidental that the name \u003cem\u003eArkhanes\u003c\/em\u003e is attested as \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ea\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e]\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e-ka-ne\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e (AK 3a.1+fr. AK.1b.1, join P.G. van Soesbergen) on a Linear A tablet found in the Minoan Villa of \u003cem\u003eEpano Arkhanes\u003c\/em\u003e. Even more significant is the fact that the toponym can be analysed as Hurrian \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ear=ḫane\/i \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e'Give a child' and that the Villa of Arkhanes may well have been the starting point for supplicants and priests to go upto the Peak Sanctuary of Mount Ioukhtas to pray to \u003cem\u003eTesub, Ḫebat and Sarru(m)ma\u003c\/em\u003e.
