That is why the Lord has laid it on my heart to write this piece as a reminder to all of us that we have certain responsibilities as God's children.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe word 'let' according to a dictionary implies allow, permit, cause or make; and it appeared in the Bible more than a thousand times. Whenever we see the word 'let' in the Bible, we are to pay attention because most of the time it is about to tell us what we can and should do. 'Let' shifts the focus from what God should do to what we should do simply because we can do it. And that is being a responsible Christian. It has been said that the faith that expects God to do everything for us is an irresponsible faith.
