She is the founder of the Mind Over Matter Empowerment Center, which provides lifestyle makeovers and job skills training to ex-offenders. She is currently a member of the ministerial staff at The Gateway to Wholeness Church Ministries in Largo, Maryland, and is the director of the In Pursuit of His Presence Worship Institute, where she emphasizes worship in the art of dance, mime, flags, banners, and praise and worship.
