Author Biography

Al Gist was educated as an engineer, but after ten years of secular work was called into the ministry, first as a pastor and then as an evangelist for the last 15 years. He is the founder and senior evangelist of Maranatha Evangelistic Ministries. The theme of the ministry is the preaching of the imminent return of Jesus Christ and taking tour groups to Israel. He and his wife Sandy have four adult children and eight grandchildren. They live in Longville, Louisiana.
