Deciding whether to seek help from a doctor, therapist or guru is not always a clear-cut and simple task. In spite of their different spheres of activity, the three categories are not mutually exclusive. What each category has to offer is examined, including the overlapping interests in which they appear to compete.

The present work is written from the author's professional perspective as a doctor and psychotherapist. But it also includes a strong autobiographical element in which the author recounts his intimate personal experience of seeking a path in the pursuit of Inner Happiness.
