Author Biography

Cynthia Coe is a 2014-2016 Environmental Stewardship Fellow of the Episcopal Church. She is an honors graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary and a former Director of Children's Ministries at Church of the Ascension in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is based on her farm outside Knoxville and is the mother of three children.
