Author Biography

Tom Peers has served in ministry as a pastor and teacher since 1979. Tom, and wife Debby, pioneered a church in Rochester, New York. Tom served as Senior Pastor there for nineteen years. Tom has also served as Discipleship Pastor in Boynton Beach, Florida; Director of Operations for a ministry in Phoenix, Arizona; Executive Pastor for a church in Florence, Kentucky; Teaching Pastor at a church near Portland, Maine; and Senior Pastor in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Tom also served as a trained church consultant with Natural Church Development (NCD), certified Church Health Survey consultant under Dr. Thom Rainer, and strategic planning consultant with Leadership Development Resources (LDR) under Dr. Mel Ming. Tom and Debby reside in Portland, Maine. They have two grown children.
