by Richard A. Hardin (Author)

"Mercy Grace Charity" explains how the words are used to describe God, or His Love, interacting with or approaching us personally. Everyone at all times is receiving God's Mercy, God's Spirit or His love to or on them. Grace is always the work of God through His Spirit in our hearts, and Charity is the work of God's Spirit in and through Christians to others. Only Christians can perform Biblical acts of Charity. Charity is the end result of the working of the gifts of the Spirit: God's Spirit working in the hearts of Christians, Grace, and through the Christians to others, who may or may not be Christians. The Scriptures will have more meaning to you when you see and understand the special relationships between God and each of us personally which are pictured by these words, Mercy, Grace and Charity.
