We need to hear that assurance when we are in the trenches. It gives us strength to keep fighting and a great hope that "presses on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" (Phil 3:14). Author Biography

Susan Erikson has an MA in historical theology from Westminster Seminary California, has been married for forty-six years, and is the grandmother of eighteen. She is a writer, poet, teacher, and artist. She is the author of "What Do We Do About Sunday School?"
