Tales of My Thoughts presents the flow of emotions faced during adolescence and early adulthood; not all are pleasant, but that is the journey of growth. As we move through life, we are confronted by challenging emotions brought upon us from the self and external forces. The poems can be divided into five categories: beginning, fear and doubts, encouragement, love, and a farewell. Every start is accompanied by fear and doubt. But as we move forward, we build up the necessary courage to love and to hope. And every beginning has an ending--a mourning farewell closes the book.

Author Biography

Amti, a fresh graduate, lives in Germany. At the age of nineteen, she started actively writing as a sort of getaway, to free her head and earn a good night´s sleep. A procrastinator with dreams, Amti runs an Instagram page: @amtui_.
