He has worked successfully as a life coach, 4-day work week mentor, organizational consultant, computer trainer, sales consultant, executive coach, speaker, mental health counselor, management consultant, software designer and programmer, author, business analyst, financial counselor, and in many other capacities. Wade has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling Psychology. He lives happily with his wife and children.
