Author Biography

Steve Reynolds and Josh Hunt have teamed up to write this book. Steve is the pastor of Capital Baptist Church in the Washington, DC area and author of the popular book, Bod4God. Fox news dubbed him the "anti-fat" pastor after he lost 100 pounds and started a national movement of churches helping people lose weight. Josh Hunt is the research assistant to 1500 Bible Study leaders through his popular Bible Study lessons, Good Questions Have Groups Talking. Josh took the sermons that Steve preached, turned them into written form, and added research to supplement and illustrate.
