Product Features:
1. Rapid detection of brushless motor quality and motor Hall phase sequence, as well as motor winding inspection,
2. Rapid detection of motor and controller phase angles at 60 degrees or 120 degrees
3. Quickly check the quality of the controller;
4. Rapid wiring between brushless motors and controllers;
5. Quick detection of the handlebar switch's functionality
Product Parameters :
Note: Power must only be turned on when using Hall detection and handlebar detection. Replace the battery if the signal light brightness is insufficient
Motor coil inspection: Connect the three clips on the motor coil side of the tester to the three thick wires of the motor and rotate the motor. If the three signal lights flash alternately, it is normal. If any light does not illuminate, the corresponding winding is faulty.
2. Motor Hall Detection: Connect the motor Hall wire terminal of the tester to the Hall wire of the motor, slowly rotate the motor, and the three signal lights should show flickering changes
3. When the 60° signal light is illuminated, it indicates that the motor is 60°; otherwise, it is 120°
4. Motor Phase Sequence Detection:
(1) Hall Phase Sequence
(a) 60° Motor
(b) 120° Motor
(2) Winding Phase Sequence
This step allows for the color-coded wiring of the controller and motor windings to the Hall sensors.
5. Handlebar Detection: Connect the three clips on the handlebar detection end of the tester to the handlebar and rotate it. The handlebar signal light should flicker on and off; otherwise, a fault is present.
6. Controller Detection: This instrument is suitable for testing various brushless controllers
Connect the Hall input terminal of the controller to the Hall terminal of the detector controller
Connect the main output terminal of the controller to the main terminal of the detector, then power on the controller. The 5V indicator light on the detector should illuminate. If it does not light up, it indicates a fault in the controller's 5V output. Rotate the throttle handle, and the six signal lights on the detector monitoring the controller should light up in sequence (two signal lights as a group). If they do not light up or two groups flash simultaneously, the controller is faulty.
