As It Is
In the Light of the Hsin Hsin Ming
by Bhushan Kulkarni

Nothing is wrong-yet something feels unsettled.

As It Is begins there.

Through a quiet, unfolding dialogue, this book explores a subtle tension most people overlook: the constant movement to adjust, improve, or fix what is already happening.

Rather than offering solutions or methods, it looks directly at how this movement begins, how it sustains itself, and what happens when it is clearly seen.

As the conversation deepens, familiar approaches such as control, acceptance, and even awareness are examined-not to reject them, but to understand what they are actually doing.

What emerges is not a technique, and not a conclusion, but a shift that cannot be produced by effort.

Thoughts continue.
Emotions arise.
Life moves as before.

Yet something unnecessary no longer holds in the same way.

Written in a minimal, precise style inspired by texts such as the Hsin Hsin Ming, this is not a book to follow, but one to look with.

No promises are made.
Nothing is added.

Only what is already here.
